Files submitted to KTV must conform to these specs or they cannot be played by our system.

Video Conversion Help

To convert video files, we recommend using MPEG Streamclip.
MPEG Streamclip is a free, cross platform video convertor that is easy to use.

For standard definition video:

1. Open the video in MPEG Streamclip
2. Choose “Export to MPEG-4…” from the file menu.
3. Use these settings:

4. Click “Make MP4” and save the file.
5. Once it’s done exporting, the video file should conform to KTV standards.

For high definition video:

1. Open the video in MPEG Streamclip
2. Choose “Export to MPEG-4…” from the file menu.
